- Booking & Confirmation:
- Bookings can be made online or by calling the venue – a full list of contact details are available here.
- A valid email address and phone number are required for booking confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with all booking details upon successful reservation.
2. Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for all casual activities.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued for casual bookings.
- For an amendment to a sports activity booking we require at least 24 hours' notice before the time of the booked activity and you can do this by calling the leisure venue directly. Where possible we will try and accommodate an amendment to your booking however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
4. Arrival & Check-In:
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your booking. This courtesy allows everyone to enjoy their full booking time without affecting the next scheduled session.
5. Booking Duration & Extensions:
- Bookings are confirmed for the specific date, time, and duration indicated.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee extensions beyond the booked time slot due to subsequent reservations.
- Late arrival may cut into your playing time and will not affect the start time of the following booking.
6. Equipment:
- We offer equipment rentals for some activities at Grangemouth Sports Complex and Mariner Centre. Please see our website or inquire at the front desk for details.
- Customers are responsible for bringing any personal equipment required for their chosen activity (e.g., badminton rackets, balls) at all School venues.
7. Safety:
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their booking.
- Staff reserves the right to remove participants from the court, or any area for unsafe behaviour or violation of safety rules.
8. Lost & Found:
- The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- Any lost and found items will be held for 30 days limited period. Please make enquiries at the front desk.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
