Active Forth is Falkirk's physical activity referral programme. The aim of the programme is to give you an opportunity to become more active and gain the benefits of a healthier lifestyle. Don’t worry if you currently do no activity at all! Our team will set your programme with your current fitness level in mind, and will support you as your fitness and confidence increases.
