Reminiscence is an enjoyable and meaningful activity where people recall and share their memories, and can be a really positive experience for everyone involved.
There are many benefits to reminiscence: it is a fun and engaging activity, provides opportunities to socialise with other people, it provides mental and physical stimulation and improves a sense of well-being amongst older people.
Boxes are available free of charge and can be borrowed for up to 2 weeks. Advanced booking is essential - this service is very popular! To book a Reminiscence Loan Box please contact Anna Mayhew, Cultural Co-ordinator on 01324 509069 or email.
