Reminiscence is an enjoyable and meaningful activity where people recall and share their memories, and can be a really positive experience for everyone involved.
There are many benefits to reminiscence: it is a fun and engaging activity, provides opportunities to socialise with other people, it provides mental and physical stimulation and improves a sense of well-being amongst older people.

Selection of original and replica medicine related bottles and tins including Andrews Liver Salts, Elastoplast, Milk of Magnesia as well as a Family Doctor Magazine and posters.
Cinema and Theatre
Contents include: Movie and ice cream posters, theatre programmes, usherettes torch and opera glasses.
