We run ASN swimming lessons across the Falkirk Area.

Entry level for all swimmers joining our ASN Programme. A parent/guardian must accompany swimmer. Swimmers must attend this class before progressing onto L1-L4.

ASN Level 1: INVITE ONLY

Swimmers must show basic water confidence without a parent/guardian in the water.

ASN Level 1 Progress: INVITE ONLY

Swimmers must be able to swim 5m recognisable strokes - frontcrawl & backstroke.

ASN Level 2: INVITE ONLY

Swimmers must be comfortable in deeper water, without swimming aids and swim 10m recognisable strokes- frontcrawl, backstroke & breaststoke.

ASN Level 3: INVITE ONLY

Swimmers must be able to swim a minimum of 15m of all swimming stroke- frontcrawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
