Libraries

Visit your local library to borrow from our huge range items for all ages, take part in a group or activity, study, photocopy, print and use our PCs. You can book a PC in advance to avoid disappointment.

Library opening hours

Libraries are closed Wednesdays and Sundays.

Bo’ness, Falkirk, Larbert:

Monday: 10am – 8pm

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10am – 5pm

Saturday: 10am – 3pm

Bonnybridge, Denny, Grangemouth, Meadowbank:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 10am – 5pm

Thursday: 10am – 8pm; Saturday: 10am – 3pm

Slamannan:

Monday, Tuesday: 10am -2pm

Thursday: 2pm -7pm; Friday: 2pm –5pm; Saturday: 10am –1pm

Apply for a bus pass
Need to sort out your bus pass? Please contact Falkirk Library directly for an appointment on 01324 503605. Bus passes are processed on an appointment only basis - please do not visit the library without contacting us first.

Hearing aid batteries
All libraries have a supply of hearing aid batteries. To collect yours, please bring along your book so that we supply the correct type. We cannot supply batteries without seeing your book and books will not be signed by staff at this time.
