Scott's Active Forth Circuit

This circuit is ideal for a little home exercise while we are all stuck indoors and can be adapted for all abilities. If can start with 1 minute options as well and then build up to 2 minutes, then options to repeat. This will take about 15-20 minutes.

Main Stations / Circuits

  1. Jumping jacks or half jacks.
  2. Wall press ups.
  3. High knees / jog on the spot.
  4. Upright rows (use 4 pints of milk as weight or tin or beans).
  5. March on the spot.
  6. Standing mountain climbers.
  7. Bodyweight squats / knee bends.
  8. Wall sit or stand.
