We're celebrating World Book Night with an evening of spoken word at Falkirk Library. 

It's the chance to share your own poetry, fiction or songwriting, or share a piece that you love. You might just want to read that favourite bit from your favourite book,  or you may just want to come along to listen.

We're having a book swap too! Bring along a book to swap at our big book swap table. If it's a book you love, you could even write a little message in it for the next reader.

The event opens at 6pm, with performances starting at 6.30pm. This is an event for adults/ages 15+.

To help us better plan the evening, please let us know whether you'll be performing a poem, story or song, and a rough timing.

Ideally your piece will last 1 to 5 minutes so that we can share the evening with as many people as possible. 

Musicians note: We'll be operating with only a basic mic and PA.
