Immersive Cycle Studio

The new studio provides a large space to train with more than 40 bikes available. In a cinema-scale experience, the 3.1m tall screen showcases digitally created worlds and immersive sound that customers can cycle through, taking their 40-minute multi-peak cycling workouts to a different level and burning some serious calories!

Using the latest music and displaying beautiful and challenging terrains from around the world, Les Mill’s TRIP classes are known for their high energy, and motivational atmosphere, and are designed to push participants to their limits.

As well as classes led by their usual instructors, full virtual cycle workouts with a digital coach are also on offer across the 60 classes running each week providing safe, effective, and highly motivating sessions.

AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®

Our newly installed AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill® within Grangemouth Sports Complex offers a revolutionary approach to exercise and rehabilitation by empowering people to move in new ways and without pain – to recover mobility, improve wellness, and enhance physical performance.

Originally developed by NASA, the treadmill uses differential air pressure to enable users to run or walk at reduced body weight while maintaining a normal gait pattern.

How does it work?

The AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill® is a rehabilitation treadmill used to reduce stress on injuries and joints in the lower body. It can help users to rehabilitate safely with less pain and reduce the risk of further injury.

You must be inducted in advance of using the treadmill independently.  Book an induction session with our specially trained staff to learn how to use the treadmill independently to suit your needs.  Once inducted, you can book further sessions in person or by ‘phone.

FREE group inductions (up to 4 people) – 1 hour session

Three inductions held per day – morning / afternoon / evening slots available

Health and Fitness members & Active Forth members: £5 for 30 minutes or £20 monthly bolt on with unlimited access. 

Non members: £15 for 30 minutes.

Hold your child's birthday party at Grangemouth Sports Complex.  Our friendly team can provide a tailor-made party for your child, take care of all of the tidying up and leave you and family free to enjoy your child's special day.  Complete our online enquiry form, enquire at our Reception or call us on 01324 504560.  Please note a £50 deposit is payable to secure the booking with the remaining balance payable on the day or in advance.  Please email gscbookings@falkirk.gov.uk with your preferred date(s) and party option.

Party options

Soft Play - £85: 1 hour exclusive use of Soft Play area, followed by 1 hour in creche for party food with use of tables and chairs.  Add our Bouncy Castle for an additional £30.

Bouncy Castle - £85: 2 hours in the creche (up to 20 children) or Dance Studio (if available) with use of chairs, tables and music system.

Sports Hall - £60: 90 minutes in our large sports hall, with your choice of sporting game e.g. Football, Basketball etc, followed by 1 hour in creche for party food with use of tables & chairs.

Party food: Both options cater for up to 20 children, with any additional children charged at £4.50 each. Please advise in advance of any dietary requirements.

Buffet style - £90: Sandwiches, chicken nuggets, crisps, mini sausages, mini sausage rolls, ice cream, soft drink.

Hot food - £90: Chicken nuggets, sausages, fish fingers, hot dog, sandwiches all served with chips, ice cream and soft drink.
