New Immersive Studio at Grangemouth Sports Complex
We are delighted to announce the opening of a second studio at Grangemouth Sports Complex in the coming weeks, following on from our first at the Mariner Centre.
After the introduction of Scotland’s first Immersive spin studio at the Mariner Centre in January 2020, we are delighted to announce the opening of a second studio at Grangemouth Sports Complex in the coming weeks.
Working with industry experts Alliance Leisure and Hutchison Technologies, we are excited to be launching our new immersive studio, where we will provide our 4 cycle programmes, Les Mills TRIP, RPM, SPRINT and Aerobiking. We are currently designing our new fitness class timetable, which will offer over 40 weekly cycle classes and will launch this shortly after the refurbishment is completed.
We are also implementing virtual cycle classes, meaning customers will be able to access classes in the afternoon and at quieter times, with virtual instructors coaching on the large screen.
The new studio will be larger than the Mariner Centre, with more bikes, so plenty of opportunity for our customers to gain a space. The new spin bikes are M3i Keiser bikes, which are an advanced version of those installed at the Mariner Centre. In this cinema-scale experience, the 3.1m tall screen will showcase digitally created worlds, which customers can cycle through, taking their 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout to a different level and burning some serious calories!
