International Women's Day 2021
A day to celebrate the achievements of women and a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. At Falkirk Community Trust we want to encourage the women of Falkirk to get active and enjoy the benefits regular exercise can bring. The pandemic has affected us all and daily exercise can really help lighten the load and benefit your health both physically and mentally.
Whether it’s your first time considering exercise or you’ve been training for years, we’ve got something for you.
Our brand new fitness app provides access to over 25 Live Streamed fitness classes per week as well as a huge catalogue of On-Demand videos to fit around your schedule, all from the comfort of your own home! Find out more: https://tinyurl.com/9aje5fk
If you prefer to be outdoors we’ve got something for you too. Falkirk has some of the most attractive parks in Central Scotland, providing the perfect setting for your fitness goals; take a stroll through Muiravonside and visit the animals at New Parks Farm, cycle past the magnificent Kelpies at The Helix or jog through the deeply historic setting of Kinneil House. You don’t have to go it alone, our parks are ideal for a family day out with activities to entertain the kids too. Find out more: https://tinyurl.com/2mz45fd2
