It's all go for an exciting new phase at the Mariner Leisure Centre!

After last year’s redevelopment at the Mariner Centre, which saw a new soft play, reception area, changing facilities and café installed, we are delighted to announce that we are now about to undertake an exciting second phase.

From 30 September we will be carrying out a 12 week refurbishment programme.  There will be a complete revamp of the gym and fitness facilities. The new gym will be a lot bigger, almost doubling in size. There will be over 70 stations available with dual use equipment, functional training rig, functional training equipment and zoned flooring. The space has been zoned according to each different training method (cardio, free weights, fixed resistance, functional and high intensity training).

There will be a new `immersive` spin studio offering the Les Mills TRIP experience to those who wish to take energy to the next level! Take a 40 minute multi-peak cycling workout through digitally-created worlds. Enjoy the cinema-scale experience and burn some serious calories! There will be a short closure of the gym. Our fitness class programme will still operate from the Mariner Centre, along with our swimming facilities, café and soft play.  For those customers still wishing to use the gym, you can take full advantage of all the facilities at Stenhousemuir, Grangemouth and Bo’ness Recreation Centre.
