Hire a library space for your business or community group
Libraries have a variety of spaces to suit your needs, from a table for your community information stand, to an IT suite or meeting room. You can even hire an area of the main library.
What's available?
Meeting rooms: Bo'ness, Denny, Falkirk and Larbert.
IT suites: Falkirk and Meadowbank.
Event space: Denny, Falkirk, Grangemouth and Larbert.

When are rooms available?
Meeting rooms and private spaces are available during library opening hours, and when libraries are closed on Wednesday during the day.
Hires generally run until 15 minutes before the library closes for the day.
How do I hire a space?
Completing the form below gives our admin team the information they need to process your booking quickly. They'll get back to you to advise further.

Restrictions on hires
You must have public liability insurance to hire one of our spaces and we cannot proceed with your hire without this. We will need to see a copy of this insurance before confirming the hire.
If you are delivering an activity in one of our spaces that is targeted specifically at young people or vulnerable adults, we will need to see an appropriate PVG certificate before confirming the hire. If in any doubt, please contact Disclosure Scotland for advice.
