Hire a library space for your business or community group
Libraries have a variety of spaces to suit your needs, from a table for your community information stand, to an IT suite or meeting room. You can even hire an area of the main library.
What's available?
Meeting rooms: Bo'ness, Denny, Falkirk and Larbert
IT suites: Falkirk and Meadowbank
Event space: Denny, Falkirk, Grangemouth and Larbert
A flip chart, screen and hot water can be provided on application.
Please note:
- There may be an additional cost for some of these items.
- Libraries cannot provide refreshments, but can offer hot water flasks or kettles for anyone who wishes to bring their own tea/coffee
When are rooms available?
Meeting rooms and private spaces are available during library opening hours, and when libraries closed on Wednesdays, 10am-3.30pm.
Areas of the main library can be hired on Wednesdays when libraries are closed, 10am-3.30pm.
How do I hire a space?
Our admin team can advise on cost and the best space to suit your needs. Contact them from the form below. Please note that you must have public liability insurance to hire one of our spaces.
Please note that libraries do not hire spaces to any political groups.
