The booking process involves 4 stages, and they are outlined in the flow chart below (attached booking- flow chart).

Email events@falkirk.gov.uk if you are looking to use the Parks for non-commercial, commercial, or wedding photography on the Parks.

Requirements 

The following documentation must be submitted for approval:

• Application Form (can we make these online forms?)
• Proof of Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of £5million.
• Risk Assessment 

Other documentation may be required, this will be discussed with you upon enquiry.

• Events Marketing Form 
• Site Plan 
• Copy of any Licenses
• Event manual 

Pricing

Please note that applications will be POA.

Use of the Parks for a third-party events starts from £45 a day.

Non-commercial filming / photography starts from £100 for the first 2 hours.

Commercial filming / photography starts from £200 for the first 2 hours.

Wedding Photography on the Parks starts from £25.

 Equipment Hire

The Falkirk Council Events Team have a limited stock of equipment that can be utilised for outdoor events. Alongside your land hire agreement, you can obtain an equipment hire agreement. Available equpiment can be discussed upon enquiry.
