There are several ways for you to book activity:

• On our Falkirk Leisure App
• On our website
• In person at one of our Leisure Venues (not available for Sports Development classes, Outdoor or Drama)

Booking online is quick and easy, you can do this via the Falkirk Leisure App. 
1.    Download the Falkirk Leisure App from the Android or App store
2.    Open the app on your phone
3.    Select the venue you would like to visit 
4.    Click the activity area you are interested in
5.    Find the specific activity and time you want to book
6.    Fill in the payment information
7.    Receive a booking confirmation email
8.    You are all set, ready to get involved

You will already have an account if you have given your email address to one of our leisure venues.

Use the email address that you registered with us and click the forgotten password link. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

You will be able to book and pay online via the App but you will need to create a new account. This is done at the checkout stage of booking an activity.

To sign up:

1. Download the Falkirk Leisure App from the Android or App store
2. Select the venue you would like to visit
3. Click the activity area you are interested in
4. Find the specific activity and time you want to book
5. Fill in the payment information
6. Receive a booking confirmation email
7. You are all set, ready to get involved
8. Pay and play customers need to create an account, using their own email address and password.
9. Once your payment is processed, your account will be created. You will receive an email to confirm your booking. You will then use this email to sign into your account in the future.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund once bookings are booked and paid for.

For an amendment to a sports activity booking we require at least 24 hours' notice before the time of the booked activity and you can do this by calling the leisure venue directly. Where possible we will try and accommodate an amendment to your booking however, we can not guarantee that this will be possible.

To avoid disappointment, we would advise pre-booking for activities.  However, our soft play and leisure swimming do not need to be pre-booked.

Most activities can be booked up to 7 days in advance.  Fitness members will now be able to book 8 days in advance, one additional day compared to non-members, who can still book 7 days in advance.

Currently you are unable to pre-book Leisure and lane swimming session. You should continue to pay at the venue as normal. We are looking into the possibility of pre-booking and will keep our customers updated.

Please be aware that if you are a member or customer who has a swipe card, you must bring your card with you, every time you attend your chosen Club. Gym customers must attend Reception and hand over their card to enable the reception to record your usage.  Fitness class customers, who have pre-booked classes, can swipe their card via our normal swipe system which will record your visit.

All customers should follow the PAYG booking guidance on the FAQs.  All bookings require to be paid for via the App.
