Third Party Events (what is different between this and the below?)

The following documentation must be submitted for approval:

• Application Form (can we make these online forms?)
• Proof of Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of £5million.
• Risk Assessment 
• Events Marketing Form 
• Site Plan
• Copy of any Licenses, if required.

Third Party Non-Commercial, Commercial Filming/Photography, and Wedding Photography

• Application Form 
• Proof of Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of £5million.
• Risk Assessment
