Terms and conditions

1. This voucher can be exchanged for products and services at any Falkirk Leisure and Culture venue, shop or café.
2. Should the item price be less than the voucher value, the voucher will be updated and re-issued.
3. This voucher will not be honoured after the expiry date.
4. Some external providers may be excluded.
5. Lost/stolen vouchers will not be replaced nor refunds issued.
6. The voucher must be redeemed in person.
7. We regret that this voucher cannot be redeemed online.
8. We have the right to vary the above conditions without providing prior notice.
