Claiming a free child entry to Blair Drummond with Summer Reading Challenge 2025: Terms and Conditions
Children who complete the Story Garden Summer Reading Challenge 2025 with Falkirk Council Libraries are eligible for one free entry to Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park.
How to claim free child entry
Children who have completed the Summer Reading Challenge and have had their Story Garden poster (or Mini Challenge card) stamped at the library are eligible for free entry to Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park.
The poster or card entitles one entry per participating child. There is only one poster or card permitted per child across the Falkirk area.
You must book your Blair Drummond visit in advance and then present the completed Story Garden poster or Mini Challenge card on arrival at the Blair Drummond gate.
Children must be accompanied on their visit by a responsible adult.
Blair Drummond free entry requirements
One free admission to Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park is permitted per child who completes the Summer Reading Challenge 2025 with Falkirk Council Libraries.
Free admission is earned on completion of the Summer Reading Challenge 2025:
- Primary age children: six library books have been read and entered onto the Summer Reading Challenge Story Garden poster and the library has stamped this poster OR
- Children under 4: six library books have been read and the library has stamped the Mini-Challenge card.
Free admission is valid at the Blair Drummond gate on presentation of the completed Story Garden poster, or Mini-Challenge card, along with a pre-booked complimentary online ticket.
How to book
Pre-booking for Blair Drummond is required.
- Visit blairdrummond.com, hit the “buy tickets” button and choose the date and time you wish to visit.
- For free entry for the child who completed the Challenge, select the complimentary option.
- You can book paid-for places for the other people in your party who are visiting at the same time.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- You will receive an email of your ticket(s) to the email address you provided when making the booking.
- You can print these off or show the tickets on your phone when you arrive at the gate.
On the day of your visit
Present your printed ticket(s) or display the ticket(s) on your phone.
You must also show the completed Summer Reading Challenge 2025 Story Garden poster OR Summer Reading Mini Challenge 2025 card.
The poster/card must have your Falkirk Council library’s stamp.
Final date for this activity is when the Safari Park closes for the season in 2025. This date may be subject to change. Please check the Safari Park website for this information.
