Terms and Conditions for Stenhousemuir Football Club Season Ticket Giveaway 2023

• To enter the competition you must share the post and comment on the post with the person you wish to share your prize with before 10:00am on Friday 18th August 2023.
• Entrants to the competition must be 16 or over by 18th August 2023. 
• The giveaway is being promoted and fulfilled by Falkirk Council and Stenhousemuir Football Club.
• Falkirk Council Staff and contractors who are undergoing project work for Falkirk Council are ineligible to enter the competition. 
• You can only enter the competition once.
• 3 prize winners will be selected by Falkirk Council. 
• Each winner will receive 2 season tickets to Stenhousemuir Football Club for the 2023/24 Season.  
• The competition closes at 10:00am Friday 18th August 2023.
• Winners must collect their prize from Stenhousemuir Football Club. 
• No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
• The winners will be contacted via Facebook.
• By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. 
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Falkirk Council reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
• Falkirk Council reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Falkirk Council’s decision is binding in all matters.
• Falkirk Council can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date.
