Terms and Conditions

• You must be the sole author and owner of copyright for the photo.

• You must not edit your photo or use AI to produce an image.

• Entrants must seek permission from anyone who is recognisable in any photograph or secure the permission of parents or guardians of minors or vulnerable adults.

• By submitting images, you grant permission for their use for exhibition displays, on social media and for the Council to use for commercial purposes e.g. a calendar. No payment will be made for the use of your photograph.

• In the event of photos being selected for commercial use no further correspondence will be entered into.

• Submissions must be accompanied by an official entry form.

• Images submitted via email must be labelled with the with the name of the person submitting the photo.

• Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed as set out in our Privacy Notice

• By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
