You’ll need your library card
Please ensure you have your library card number before beginning. It begins with 2 and can be found on the reverse of your library card. If you are requesting books for a family member who does not have their own card, you can use your own.
If you have lost your library card, please call a library Alternatively, email libraries@falkirk.gov.uk with your full name, address and date of birth.
How Click & Collect works
You’ll find two forms below – one for choosing books for adults/over 15s, one for choosing items for young people aged 14 and under. You’ll choose which library you will be collecting items from. We can only provide items that are currently in that building, as we cannot currently move items between libraries.
To ensure we can meet demand, loans will be limited to a maximum of 10 books per person. If you want to choose items for another family member, please complete this form again.
When filling in this form please:
- Give as much information as possible to help us choose items that match your interests
- Bear with us – we’ll do our best to pick suitable items that you haven’t read before
How do I collect my items?
Once all your items are ready, we’ll get in touch. You no longer need to book an appointment to collect but, to avoid disappointment, please don’t visit the library until you’ve heard from us.
Can I choose items in a different way?
Yes, you can phone your local library and ask them to choose up to 10 books for you. You can also request specific items via the library catalogue.
