Search for uLibrary in your device’s app store and download for free.
1. You’ll be asked for your library service – enter ‘Falkirk’ to find ‘Falkirk Council Libraries’
2. Log in with your barcode (library card number) and library PIN.
If you don't know your library PIN you can reset it on the library catalogue.

- Enter your Barcode number (library card number) and PIN.
- You are now logged in and ready to borrow.

Unable to log in
If uLibrary does not recognise your library card number or PIN this could be caused by one of the following:
Your library account has expired – library memberships automatically expire every three years and must be renewed.
Your PIN is incorrect (please below how to reset it)
You have a new library card and are using the number for your old library card
If you have issues logging in with your library card, please speak to your library or email libraries@falkirk.gov.uk.
Forgotten your PIN?
Everyone who is a library member automatically has a PIN, which is used to log into the library catalogue, use library PCs and Wi-Fi, and access our online services.
If you don’t know your PIN, and your email address is registered with us, you can reset your PIN on the library catalogue.
If you haven't given us your email address you won't be able to reset your PIN in this way. Please visit your local library, remembering to bring your library card with you. Alternatively you can email libraries@falkirk.gov.uk with your email address, date of birth and postcode. Our admin team will add your email address to our records and send you a web link to update your PIN.
