We have a range of memberships to suit you on your fitness journey. All of our membership packages are subject to a one-off joining fee, payable at the point of sign-up and then you can choose to pay by rolling monthly Direct Debit or a one-off annual fee.
Our Annual Membership offers 12 months for the price of 10 and you can cancel or freeze (for no cost), your membership at any point, on any package.
Signing up is easy, all you need to do is fill in our membership form at one of our clubs, complete your induction and you are on your way.

Fitness Unlimited
Our Fitness Unlimited membership entitles you access to all of our clubs: Grangemouth Sports Complex, Mariner Centre and Stenhousemuir Health & Fitness Club, 7 days per week. You can attend as many of our indoor and on-demand fitness classes as you like at any of our venues, including the spin classes at our Immersive Cycle Studios and you can also get a Boditrax scan every 8 weeks. Plus your membership allows you access to all of our swimming pools, our sauna & steam rooms at Grangemouth Sports Complex and our Shapemaster Hub at the Mariner Centre.
** A new 12-month contract membership is available to anyone over 25 years of age. Members will commit to a 12-month timeframe for this reduced price paid by Direct Debit at £30.95 per month.

This membership is available to anyone aged 18-25 years old.

This membership is available to anyone from S1 - 17 years and permits access to the gym and swimming pool only Monday - Wednesday 2.45pm - 5.00pm, Thursday – Friday 2.45pm -6.30pm and Saturday & Sunday - 8am to 4pm.

Joint Membership
Join with a partner and only one person will pay the monthly Direct Debit payment with a single one-off joining fee. Each person will receive an individual membership card to access our clubs individually or together.
