Our Annual Membership offers 12 months for the price of 10 and you can cancel or freeze (for no cost), your membership at any point, on any package.
We have a range of memberships to suit you on your fitness journey. All of our membership packages are subject to a one-off joining fee, payable at the point of sign-up and then you can choose to pay by rolling monthly Direct Debit or a one-off annual fee.
Signing up is easy, all you need to do is fill in our membership form at one of our clubs, complete your induction and you are on your way.

Fitness Unlimited
Our Fitness Unlimited membership entitles you access to all of our clubs: Grangemouth Sports Complex, Mariner Centre and Stenhousemuir Health & Fitness Club, 7 days per week.
You can attend as many of our indoor and on-demand fitness classes as you like at any of our venues, including the spin classes at our Immersive Cycle Studios and you can also get a Boditrax scan every 8 weeks. Plus your membership allows you access to all of our swimming pools, our sauna & steam rooms at Grangemouth Sports Complex and our Shapemaster Hub at the Mariner Centre.

Joint Membership
Join with a partner and only one person will pay the monthly Direct Debit payment with a single one-off joining fee. Each person will receive an individual membership card to access our clubs individually or together. 12 for 10 on Gym Memberships
Take advantage of our offer and get 12 months of memberships for the price of 10. That is 2 months of gym, fitness class and swimming FREE. It's so easy to do, just ask at any of our Health and Fitness venues! When you join, you pay our joining fee and the annual fee at the start of your membership.
12 for 10 on Fitness Classes or Gym Sessions
Take advantage of our offer and get 12 gym sessions or indoor fitness classes, for the price of 10, with a one-off upfront payment of £75! That's two sessions absolutely FREE. It's so easy to do, just ask at any of our Health and Fitness venues!
Your card will have a 12 month expiry date, therefore your 12 sessions must be used within this timeframe.
If you wish to access the gym, you will be required to have an induction. If you have had an induction with us previously, you can get started straight away. If you're an experienced gym member from another gym, you can complete a mini induction with us, for health and safety purposes. Your induction can be included as one of your 12 sessions and you can also have a workout after your induction.
You'll be issued with a 12 for 10 card alongside a membership card, please ensure you bring both with you when visiting our facilities. When we issue your card, we'll take your photograph for identification purposes and this electronic photograph will be stored on our point of sale system.
Your 12 for 10 card gives you access to our gyms and indoor fitness classes at Mariner Centre, Stenhousemuir Health & Fitness Club and Grangemouth Sports Complex. If you regularly visit our Health and Fitness facilities more than three times a week becoming a member may be more value for your money. You can view our membership options here.
